STICK TO YOUR WERD!

So Graffiti, I love it (no shit) seriously. I really do. I get it, it's not everyone's favorite art form because it's not always legally projected and it's "vandalism" yada yada. Dont even wanna get too deep in it because I can argue for days. But when someone actually paints a mural WITH permission, what gives people the right to go and give them shit about it? Not to mention, a beautiful mural that is actually spreading a positive message... It's just pointless.

A friend of mine Andrew Berardi, was in Queens legally painting a mural and this lady goes bezerk, it kinda makes me laugh cuz she really freaks out, but truth is it's downright dumb. Props to Drew for keeping his composure. Lady get in your car and close your eyes when you drive by and maybe crash into somethin. Don't go callin someone's work crap when in reality all you are is an ignorant being.

It just frustrates me because adults like them can limit people's creativity. I know we all got opinions but some should just keep to themselves. Honestly, just live and let live.

Anyway point is this lady complained and they're gonna have to remove it, which honestly sucks. Justice anyone? Whatever. Some people are really close-minded. But regardless, getting hated on and painted over is part of the graffiti game, so in the end I guess it all comes down that. The wall should still get recognition though so I encourage you to check it out.

"After listening to "I Can" by Nas repeatedly I was inspired to do this piece. Hopefully I can inspire the youth of the neighborhood to do something creative with their lives."
