Si pas maintenant, quand?
The album is titled If "Not Now, When?". How ironic, right? Me being that girl that tends to hold shit off to the last minute for absolutely no reason. Come to think of this... maybe this album came as a blessing in disguise. The song of the same title just takes me away. "I've waited all my life if not now, when will I?" Its crazy Ive always looked at life as if it was art. Our own canvas that we color on the daily and sometimes we tend to just leave a certain part blank, sometimes it's by accident... how annoying is it when your marker runs out of ink to color that one damn part that leaves your canvas unfinished?? Stop waiting on that marker it ain't gonna magically re-fill itself. Go out and get a new fucking marker. Don't feel like it at the moment? Whats your excuse? If not now, when?

My mini-review... Incubus fan since day 1 and always will be. New album came out on the 7th. Change of sound? Hmm a tad bit BUT change is good. you can't always carry on the same thing. Diversity is important and I understand that. I think I can trust Brandon Boyd with just about anything... even my heart no lie dont make fun of me! And im not biased for real, I respect Brandon Boyd's craft, artistic abilities, [good looks] and creativity. An spiritual guy and environmentalist too. Anyways, the album brought back many feelings. I could even say memories but this album just came out and Id sound crazy... We all have that one band we relate to on every angle, Incubus man they are just my guys. They never changed and I'd encourage you to give this a listen or a download whatever look for the link cuz I dont suggest that shit unless you're dead broke lol. But Mister Boyd's voice, DJ Killmore's turntable skills, Mike & Ben's strumming aswell as Jose's drumming to me are my favorite musical recipe. In my opinion, there is hope for music again.
